I'm a National Board Certified Occupational Therapist with a Master's in Occupational Therapy, Bachelors in Biology and a minor in Psychology. I have also completed multiple continuing education courses in mindfulness, meditation, breath-work and other holistic modalities.
Ever since my stress physiology and biopsychology classes back in undergrad, I have been fascinated with how the body and mind are connected and how stress can affect all systems of the body!
Personally, I have been using mind-body coping strategies to get me through burnout and infertility over the past couple of years and it has truly been so powerful and life-changing!
